Kevin Fox has over 30 years’ experience as a developer of commercial and residential real estate. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of Scout Real Estate Capital and Scout Construction, two investment and development companies with restaurant, hotel and other commercial and residential properties in Florida, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Cape Cod, Hawaii and Bermuda. Previously, he served as Senior VP Development at The St. Joe Land Company developing major Florida residential communities RiverCamps on Crooked Creek– where he built the 2003 HGTV “Dream House”® and the 2004 Southern Living Idea House®–and White Fence Farms where he built the 2006 Southern Living Idea House®.
As VP Development of the Branigar Organization, Kevin has supervised the development, sales and marketing of the 5,000acre/4,250 home community, The Landings on Skidaway Island. He has also developed residential and resort communities in Pinehurst, Hilton Head, St. Simons Island, and Galena, Illinois.
He was commissioned in the U.S. Navy and served as Lieutenant aboard USS PRAIRIE. Following Naval service and before entering real estate development, Kevin was a marketing Brand Manager at The Procter & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, OH.
Kevin earned a BA from Manhattan College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
